Coherent® high-performance OBIS™ LX/LS laser systems are compact and feature a plug-and-play laser platform that enables a wide range of wavelengths, from the UV to near-infrared ranges, to be realized on a single platform. Even though each laser utilizes two technologies, Coherent's patented Optically Pumped Semiconductor Laser (OPSL) or diode-based lasers, the OBIS LX/LS laser system has the same set of beam parameters, allowing the user to change wavelengths as needed with the plug-and-play laser platform. Each laser includes USB, RS-485 and full-featured I/O interfaces. A multi-color LED has been integrated into the top cover to visualize laser status.
NOTE: For operation, a power supply is required, which is sold separately.The CDRH certified system requires an OBIS remote control. The use of an OBIS heat sink is recommended.
