Coherent® High Sensitivity Thermopile Sensors are designed to have a broad spectral response to accommodate laser arrays of different wavelengths. The large effective area and high resolution allow these high sensitivity thermopile sensors to accurately measure low power lasers. Multiple models are available to meet specific needs related to thermal stability, background radiation, and airflow effects.Coherent® High Sensitivity Thermopile Sensors are designed to accurately measure the laser power of small laser diodes, HeNe lasers, and small ion lasers. Unique to this design, these sensors do not saturate when laser power exceeds 1mW/cm2.
