H10720 and H10721 Series Current-Output PMT Modules

The H10720 and H10721 series photomultiplier modules contain a metal-encapsulated PMT and a high-voltage power supply circuit. The built-in PMT is packaged in a metal package with the same diameter as the TO-8 metal package used for semiconductor photodetectors. Although this PMT has the same small form factor as a photodiode, it features high gain, wide dynamic range, and high speed response. Hamamatsu also offers the "P" type with low dark counts for photon counting measurements, the H10720 series as a pin-out type, and the H10721 as a flexible cable output type. The H11900/H11901 series are available as +15V input types.
