particulars
Infrared (IR) handheld units use a proprietary high-resolution image converter and photocathode unit to display visible images produced by infrared irradiation. A bright green image is clearly visible through the included objective and eyepiece. For close-up or inspection applications, the objective lens can be replaced with one of the many C-interface imaging lenses we manufacture. The ¼-20 connector on the handle base allows for easy positional adjustment and increased utility. The infrared (IR) handhelds are constructed of rugged polycarbonate and aluminum. Both models have temporary and permanent settings and include objective and eyepieces, batteries, and a handy storage case.
