  • IV Characterization Test: With precise current and voltage sources, the system can accurately measure the current-voltage (IV) characteristics of optoelectronic devices under different conditions, including short-circuit current (Isc), open-circuit voltage (Voc) and other key parameters.
  • Photocurrent imaging: The system is equipped with a high-precision electronically controlled displacement stage and photocurrent detection module, capable of realizing photocurrent imaging with a spatial resolution of up to 1 μm, ensuring the accuracy of the measurement results.

  • IV/IT testing: The system not only performs IV characterization testing, but also performs photocurrent transient (IT) testing to evaluate the dynamic performance of photovoltaic devices such as response time under different conditions.
  • Imaging test: In addition to the conventional IV/IT test, the system can also perform photocurrent imaging test to visualize the distribution of photoelectric response of optoelectronic devices
